Main characteristics of Chabiant wines

Grape varieties, care, fermentation methods and factory equipment and productivity:
Grapes varieties: Madrasa, Saperavi, Cabernet -Sauvignon, Rkatsiteli, Bayan Shira, Mtzvane.

Agricultural methods used:
- Pruning: Guyot and Double Guyot
- Fertilization: During early spring and in November by fermented manor
- Plant Protection Method: 150ha treated using only Biological products (sulfur and copper), 100ha using conventional plant protection program
- Harvest: Grapes are manually harvested since beginning of September till end of October.

Harvesting grapes
